1. Who is the controller
The controller of your personal data is Bartosz Jemielity, trading as Coplayed. You can contact the controller about any data protection matter at support@coplayed.com.
2. What data we process
The email address you enter at checkout, the order details (offer, amount, date, language) and technical logs of access to the order page. Card and payment data is processed by Stripe and is never stored on this site.
3. Why and on what basis
(a) To fulfil your order and deliver access: performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. (b) To handle complaints, defend against claims and prevent abuse: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. (c) To keep accounting records: legal obligation, Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. (d) To send news and offers by email: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given only if you tick the optional checkbox at checkout.
4. Newsletter consent
Consent is voluntary and is not required to buy anything. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to support@coplayed.com; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing or your access to purchased goods. Every marketing email will tell you how to opt out.
5. How long we keep data
Order data is kept for the period required by accounting law (5 years from the end of the tax year) and, where needed, until claims expire. Newsletter data is kept until you withdraw consent.
6. Who receives your data
Service providers acting on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional and marketing email), and hosting, network and backup providers. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by GDPR, such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell your data.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict or object to processing, port it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to support@coplayed.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
8. Cookies
The site uses only technical cookies, such as your language preference and the administrator's login session. It uses no advertising or tracking cookies.
